Ordering Information/ FAQ
- To pick up an order at the yard, you must have your order number, credit card used to make the purchase, and present a valid ID.
- Door Busters and certain other items are available as pick up at store only. These items will be flagged that way in the shipping option section.
- Any item ordered online to be picked up at a store will be held up to 60 days. After that it will be returned, and the card used to make the purchase will be refunded minus any shipping charges and a 25% restock fee.
- Any return or refund for an item purchased online will go back on the credit card used to make the purchase within three business days. No cash or in store credit will be offered.
- If you have purchased an online item and wish to have someone else pick it up at the yard, please contact email@example.com
- To set up any return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before bringing an item back to the yard.

- No returns may done on any stain, paint, or spray paint items.
