How do I return an item?

Arrow Building Center Online Order Return Policy:

At Arrow, we strive to give the best service possible to our guests, both online and in store. Occasionally products may need to be returned for one reason or another. Arrow wants to make that experience as convenient as possible. Our online order return policy is listed below:

To start any return process, you must first contact Arrow at onlineorders@abc-clc.com.

A receipt must accompany any return.

 

Returning a Product Under Manufacturer’s Warranty:

To return an item under manufacturer’s warranty, please return the item directly to the manufacturer.  The manufacturer’s warranty and contact information will be included with the item. If the product was received damaged, or has missing parts, please refer to our policy on returning damaged items.

Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping:

If a you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, or is missing parts, please notify Arrow within 7 calendar days of delivery at onlineorders@abc-clc.com. We will assist you in replacing your damaged item(s). In the event that we require the item to be returned to us, Arrow Building Center will assume responsibility for the shipping charges to get the item returned.

Returning a Mis-shipped Item:

If you receive an item that was shipped incorrectly, please Notify Arrow within 7 calendar days of delivery at onlineorders@abc-clc.com A new item will be shipped out as soon as possible. If the item was shipped incorrectly due to a mistake by Arrow, Arrow will pay for the shipping on the corrected item, and the return shipping on the incorrect item.

Returning a Product for Other Reasons:

Arrow will accept returns of online products for other reasons provided the product is in perfect working order, is still in its original condition and packaging, and is returned within 60 calendar days of purchase.  Products removed from packaging, used, or re-taped, will not be credited. Items must be returned within 60 calendar days of delivery. If your return is older than 60 days, the product is not eligible for return. A restocking fee of at least 25% will apply to all non-damaged, non-warranty returns, excluding items that are stocked at our Arrow locations. All refunds are contingent to the item passing inspection. To start the return process, you must first contact Arrow at onlineorders@abc-clc.com. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice showing the purchase date. The item will need to be returned to an Arrow Building Center location. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Once we have received your returned product, we will credit the card that was used to make the purchase, no cash will be given back for returns. You will be credited the cost of the product plus any applicable taxes, original shipping fees will not be credited. We will notify you via email of your refund.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

Gas Powered items: Gas powered items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it has been unused, is in original package, and has not had any gas or oil put in it. If an item does not meet the above criteria, it must be repaired at purchaser’s expense, if the item is under warranty, please fill out a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Paint & Stains: No paint, spray paint, or stain items are eligible for return. Please double check your color selection before ordering.

Winter Holiday Items: Winter holiday seasonal items must be returned on or before December 31 of the same holiday season. No returns for winter holiday seasonal items after January 1.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, Arrow Building Center cannot exchange items purchased online. If you have found another item on our website you would prefer, please place a separate order for the new item, and return the unwanted item under the terms of our Return Policy.
